DESCRIPTION:We will be hosting our 2nd Texas Vet-Together by Lee Hickel on August 9th\, 2025.  We are excited to announce that Harry Soo of Slap Yo Daddy BBQ will be sharing his years and years of winning BBQ knowledge to all of our Veterans. \nTimeline of Events \n1. 0930 -1000 – Vet check-in \n2. 1000-1010 – Presentation of colors/National Anthem \n3. 1010-1040 – Introductions and Safety Briefing \n4. 1045 – 1145 – Live cooking demonstration. Harry and Lee will demonstrate cooking both\ntri-tip and chicken. During this time they will brief the components of the proteins\,\nseasoning\, marinades\, etc\, followed by proper cooking techniques. \n5. 1145-1315 – Vets will now take their knowledge and cook their proteins. \n6. 1315-1345 – Event wrap up. \n7. 1345-1400 – Closing comments. \nMISSION COMPLETE!
